Orders placed after December 14th may arrive after Christmas due to peak-season carrier delays. We recommend ordering early to ensure on-time delivery.

GiftWraply orders are processed and shipped within 7 to 9 business days, excluding custom items. Please note that we do not ship on the weekends or U.S. holidays.

Personalized items ship separately from our production studio, and you will be updated with separate tracking information when they ship. If you are placing an order with wrapping paper rolls and other items, please note that the wrapping paper will likely ship separately.

Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays (including Black Friday Cyber Monday), new product launches, and sales.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or DHL E-Commerce for a flat rate . We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $70 (Orders to Hawaii and Alaska do not apply).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via your choice of USPS Priority International or DHL.

Please note international orders have extended delivery times and all orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs, and duties put into place by that country. Sugar Paper is not associated with these fees and cannot predict what they will be on the receiving end of the shipment. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Purchases made during promotional sales are final unless there's a manufacturer defect. Refunds are processed within 3 days after inspection. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For more details, please contact us.
