How do I make a return?
At Giftwraply, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our updated return, refund, and cancellation policies below:
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Refunds will only be processed once we have received your returned package. After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@giftwraply.com.
Cancellations
We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed. If you decide you no longer want the item, you may return it once received, in accordance with our return policy.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return postage if returning an item. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive your return.
Shipping and Delivery
What is your shipping policy?
All of our wrapping paper is printed to order, so please allow a few days for printing after your order is placed. While orders typically ship within a handful of business days, turnaround times may be slightly longer during busy holiday seasons.
We currently ship only to the contiguous United States and do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders are shipped via standard ground shipping, which generally takes 1–5 business days depending on your location.
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery times can vary based on your location and the time of year.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping within the contiguous U.S. on all orders over $100. No code needed—your shipping discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
If your order is under $100, standard shipping rates will apply and will be calculated at checkout.
What if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry if your order didn’t arrive as expected. Whether your package is missing or arrived damaged, we’re here to make it right.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost or stalled in transit, please reach out to us. Sometimes, especially during busy holiday seasons, shipping can be delayed. We’d be happy to take a look at the tracking and help determine whether a replacement is necessary.
Damaged Packages
If your wrapping paper arrived damaged, we sincerely apologize. Please send us a few photos of the damage so we can quickly process a free replacement for you.

My order was marked delivered but it’s not here.
We know how frustrating that can be! If your order was marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, here are a few things to try:
- If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier may have left the package in a safe spot—check around your home, including porches, garages, mailrooms, and side or back doors.
- Ask neighbors or building management in case someone else received the package.
- Double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation email to make sure it was sent to the correct location.
- Occasionally, packages are marked as delivered a bit early and may still arrive within the next day or so.
If you’ve checked all of the above and still can’t locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.

How long does delivery take?

How do I track my order?
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with all your order details. Since every roll is printed to order, please allow a few days for production before your items ship.
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Simply click the tracking number in that email to follow your package’s journey!
Please note: Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active after your order ships. If you don’t see updates right away, don’t worry—just check back a bit later.
Order Management
Can I cancel my order?
At GiftWraply, we do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed. If you decide you no longer want the item, you may return it once received, in accordance with our return policy.
Can I edit or add anything to my order?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes to the items in the order. If you’d like to purchase additional products, we recommend placing a separate order.
However, if you need to update your shipping address or contact information before your order ships, please contact our customer service team right away at support@giftwraply.com We’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t already entered production.
What do I do if I received the wrong item in my order?
We're so sorry about that—and we’ll make it right! If you received the wrong item, just reach out to us at support@giftwraply.com, and include your order number and a quick photo of what you received. Please double-check the package for any notes or packing slips that indicate your other item(s) were shipped separately.
We’ll get everything sorted and make sure the correct item gets to you as quickly as possible.
